Requirement:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA / ACCA / CS with 5 to 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience in the IT services industry with exposure to US international trade.
• Strong expertise in treasury management, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial planning.
• Proven track record in audit management, governance, and board-level reporting.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience collaborating with global finance teams, particularly US stakeholders, on budgeting and reporting.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in building high-performing finance teams and driving process excellence.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
