Mike Sudyk - CEO
Mike joined the team in 2012. An entrepreneur at heart with a passion for technology, start-ups and changing the world through business, he is driven by the desire to be a good steward of his talents. When he’s not discussing EC Group’s services or networking with customers, he can be found wrestling with his kids or on a date with his wife April. Mike is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Timothy Daniel - COO
Tim joined the EC Group management team in 2007. Tim has over 30 years of experience in working with the Indian IT services industry having worked in a variety of technical and managerial positions. Tim has an in-depth knowledge and experience of managing large-scale outsourced teams for major European customers in industries such as logistics and financial services.
Laurel Verburg - VP US Operations
Laurel’s role as VP of US Operations allows her to tap into her history of project management and multitasking. After years of international experience, she now brings her cross-cultural expertise to enhance her work with the EC Group teams and our wide variety of clients since 2015. Laurel is responsible for the ongoing management of customer accounts and US office operations.
Daniel Jacob - EVP of HR
Daniel joined EC Group in 2005. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, MBA in Human Resource Management and Master’s in Labor Management, Daniel heads the HR Operations at EC Group with demonstrated strengths that include assessing organizational needs and implementing initiatives that enhance the employee engagement. Recently Daniel was chosen by The World HRD Congress as one of the “50 Most Talented HR Leaders” in India and honoured by The Economic Times as the “HR Leader of the Year”.
Arun George - SVP of Technology
Arun holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University. After working for a decade in the USA in various consulting roles, he moved back to India and joined EC Group in 2014. As VP of technology, Arun heads the technology solutioning team and gets to work closely with developers, our HR and customers. He shares a deep passion for teaching, building product-oriented businesses, exploring better technologies and help groom developers to unleash their potential.
